Lawrence began his executive career in sales with Xerox Canada. Leading a regional Xerox Sales Team, he trained staff, providing guidance on how to sell and close, then transitioned to Xerox Sales Trainer, with Finance being an additional tool.
The organic nature of Equipment Asset Purchase and Financing led to Lawrence founding Hampton Group Leasing Inc. in Canada. For over ten years Hampton Group Leasing was a Vehicle and Equipment Finance Company, until the business was sold and family brought him to Australia in 1998.
The same year, Lawrence founded the Australian company Hampton Group Finance (HGF). Since that time HGF has supported an impressive customer base and has provided tailored, personalized financial services to its customers. In 2006 Hampton Group Finance transitioned to FINMAX Finance and now specialises in Equipment Asset and Vehicle Finance.

Before commencing his career at Finmax in 2016 Lawrence Jr. studied at RMIT University completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance & Entrepreneurship. Being highly customer focused, Lawrence Jr. enjoys dealing with a loyal and ever expanding client base across a broad range of industries helping them to grow and achieve their business goals.
Working tirelessly to get the best deal for his clients Lawrence Jr. has a great ability to deal with people and get a complete understanding of his clients' needs. You won't find Lawrence spending too much time in the office because he would much rather be out in the field with his clients getting to know them, their families & their businesses.

Coralee has held a variety of administrative positions during her career from Banking and Finance with ANZ and Bank of Melbourne in her early years in Australia to Canadian Bank of Commerce (CIBC) Toronto, Canada. From there she joined Hampton Group Leasing in Canada managing vehicle finance and novated leasing settlements. On returning to Australia, she continued in an administrative role with Monsanto Australia Ltd where she assisted in the vehicle fleet purchase and management for their agricultural division. Coralee is responsible for Customer Relations and Business Operations, concentrating on FINMAX vehicle and equipment finance.

After graduating from university with a Master of Actuarial Studies, Vincent joined Finmax in a supporting role to our senior brokers. His day-to-day role is to ensure client applications are prepared and processed from the start until settlement. He works closely with our senior finance brokers to build strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
Vincent has strong attention to detail to deliver excellent results for our customers. He also understands what the banks are looking for in a customer. With this experience, he assist customers in securing the best finance solutions for their business.

Dougal is a goal oriented team player, constantly looking to improve organisational outcomes by delivering tangible solutions. He has consistently delivered high performance results across diverse industries such as Manufacturing (Toyota and Areva T&D), Finance (Jones Lang Lasalle, Lend Lease and GHG), Government (Department of Defence and Department of Education), Asset Management (GPT), Health (Eye and Ear Hospital) and Retail (Charles Parsons and Cotton On).
As a quick thinker Dougal is adept at solving complicated problems while dealing with individuals and groups at all levels of business. He began his career in budgeting and forecasting roles and with skills obtained through over 20 years of exposure to business processes, enterprise systems management, implementation, technical systems development and business service solutions, he leverages from his deep industry experience. Dougal has been a key team member of FINMAX Finance for Business Intelligence Solutions, Change Management projects and multiple ERP implementations.

An accomplished creative marketing professional with extensive experience working on high profile brands, major retail events, international study tours and national dealer conventions. Charles has a proven track record in developing B2B and B2C marketing and advertising strategies. In addition, he is a blogger and regular contributor to a national trade-specific magazine covering the latest automotive industry news and views.

Marie has been with FINMAX Finance since 2017 when she came from Germany to complete her education & training for her Masters in Marketing.
She now assists with our customer service, communications and marketing. Marie's attention to detail and commitment to customer service is truly valued.

Frank has a BA in business management and an MBA. Frank started his career as a regional sales representative of Proctor and Gamble in the United States. He ran a very successful regional business until he joined the United States Air Force as an officer. Frank is a retired US Air Force Colonel and had a career that was divided between engineering management, programme management and flying three aircraft (B52s, FB111s and SR71s).
Frank spent a tour in the Pentagon and was responsible for programming $12 billion dollars in annual budgets for the Strategic Air Command's programmes. Frank retired out of a command position in the Air Force.
After Frank retired from the USAF, he joined Lockheed Martin and held positions as Programme Manager, Director of Programmes and as the Director of International Business Development. In 1998 Frank accepted an assignment with Lockheed Martin in Australia as the General Manager of Business Development.
As a non-executive Director of FINMAX,Frank advises FINMAX Executive Management on strategies to achieve both Tactical and Strategic Objectives.

Anita joined FINMAX Finance when she moved to Melbourne in 2014, before moving to Sydney. She has brought to the team her experience in property development from her time on the Gold Coast in early 2000 and her time in Dubai in 2007 with Lloyds TSB M.E. as Project Manager, Strategy and Change. Also, as an Owner/Manager of a SME from 1996 -2000 she understands how important asset finance is for business, and for business cash flow. During her time with FINMAX Finance, Anita headed up the Sales and Marketing of Wastemax a business specializing in the asset finance for the waste industry (a subsidiary of FINMAX Finance).
